MEET THE DON QUIJOTE TEAM
Don Quijote has a team of very well organised people and two chefs that are at the same extent, with experience in the Spanish kitchen. Chef George prepares the best fish meals, his speciality being paella, pasta, risotto and sea food. Chef Julio is the one that handles the Iberian meals because, although he’s been in Romania for 11 years, he’s never forgotten his homeland’s kitchen secrets.
All the foods that you’ll serve when visiting Don Quijote are prepared with attention and dedication by our team, and every meal keeps the traditional Spanish taste, since we strictly respect the recipes and we want to provide you with the best and unforgettable gastronomical experience.

Event Crama Alira - 21 June 2018
Alira is a boutique in South-East Romania, with vineyards in Aliman, Rasova, Dobrogea and Constanta County, with only 80 hectares and a famous French winemaker who's in love with Romania, Marc Dworkin. The activity of the Alira winery is focused on creating premium wines, combining modern technologies with traditional processes, such as manual picking and the careful selection of the grapes.

Always the most appreciated wines, accompanied by the best tapas. Event Mosia Odobesti - 15 June 2018
We are expecting you Friday evening (15 June) at a Super Wine Tasting Event in the Old City Town in Bucharest, at the Don Quijote Crama Restaurant (69 Lipscani Stree), starting at 19:30. We will delight in Special Wines from Mosia Odobesti, Delicate Appetizers and Traditional Spanish Tapas. Free admission.
